For a spa treatment to be effective, it's important you pay attention to the aftercare for your treatment. Please find below some of our recommended steps for aftercare, and the possible Contra-actions for our treatments. Should you experience a Contra-action, you should seek professional medical advice.
- Drink 2l of water
- Avoid strenuous exercise
- No sauna and steam
- No alcohol or caffeine
- No sun bathing or tanning with oil on
Contra-action Massage
- Dizziness
- Nausea
- Head Aches
- Muscle Soreness
- Lower blood pressure
- Muscle fatigue and feeling lethargic
- 48 h to fully cure, therefore it could peel if there is too much sun exposure
- Cuticle oil 2 times daily to rehydrate
- For Gel schedule after 2-3 weeks for removal and reapply to prevent nail damage.
- For BIAB schedule after 2-3 weeks for infill.
- If you notice any redness, irritation, inflammation or burning sensation please contact us as soon as possible
- 72h to fully cure, breakage and lifting can occur during this time
- Cuticle oil 2 times daily to rehydrate
- Schedule after 2-3 weeks for infills

- Avoid touching your face
- Drink plenty of water
- Stay out of heat/sunlight
- Always wear SPF50+
- No caffeine or alcohol intake
- No Botox, Fillers or Surgery for 2 weeks after treatment.
Contra-action Facial
- Irritation

- Increased lines of erythema due to abrasion
- Shedding of skin cells
- No shower, swimming, sauna or steaming room for 24h
- No other treatments on the area for 48 h
- No facial for 7 days
- No advanced facial for 2 weeks
- No products on for 24 h
- No exfoliation for 72 h
- No exercise or any sweating activities
- No sun exposure, tanning or brow products for 48h
